The context.

Turbo Stars is an iGaming company. Katia Tereshchenko is their Sales Manager, responsible for building client relationships and filling the pipeline with new iGaming operator contacts.

The engagement ran for two months, timed specifically around conference season.

The problem.

The company regularly attended conferences, but on-site prospecting was largely ineffective. By the time the event opened, leads' calendars were already full. Turbo Stars was arriving late to conversations that competitors had started weeks earlier.

What we did.

We combined network expansion and LinkedIn outreach with outreach through conference apps to schedule meetings with leads in advance — or obtain their contacts for immediate follow-up on arrival.

We also published content on LinkedIn to increase leads' trust in Katia and boost industry recognition ahead of the event. By the time she walked onto the conference floor, she wasn't a stranger to the people she needed to meet.

Results across 2 months.

What this proves.

Content Chameleon can deliver meaningful conference-tied results in a compact two-month engagement window. The Conference Sprint product works for shorter engagements, not just multi-year retainers.

More importantly: the problem wasn't the conference. The problem was arriving without pipeline. The two months of pre-work solved that.

Your next conference doesn't have to start at the door.
