— About

Three co-founders. Twenty people. One thesis.

Most of what's valuable in your business lives in your founders' heads. We help you get it out — and onto LinkedIn, where sales, marketing, and recruiting can all use it.

— How this agency exists

How this agency exists.

Six years ago, Eugene and Alex ran a recruiting agency. They were nobody. No clients, no name, no track record.

So they did the only thing nobodies could afford to do — they started creating content on LinkedIn. Every week. Consistently. They built the recruiting agency's name from scratch. Clients started coming in.

That's when one of Alex's former employers in iGaming — someone who'd been watching what was happening — got in touch.

"This thing you're doing for yourselves. Can you do it for us?"

Julia joined to help craft that first offer. The three of us started Content Chameleon. His company became our first client.

Six years later, he's still our client. So is the CEO he hired the same month we signed — Lyudmila Milenina at First Sport Media.

That's why we know iGaming. Not because we chose it as a target market. Because our first client was iGaming, our oldest client is iGaming, and most of what we've learned about LinkedIn, we learned by running it for iGaming companies.

— The core team

The people who run the work.

CO-FOUNDER
Alex Hermann
Alex Hermann
Co-founder & CEO

Before Content Chameleon, Alex was a biz dev guy at an iGaming company. He went to every major conference. Nobody knew him. He learned about demand generation, social proof, and personal branding on LinkedIn the way most people do — by failing at the old way first. Then he ran the new playbook on himself, and it worked. Now he owns the strategy and the voice that powers everything Content Chameleon publishes.

CO-FOUNDER
Eugene Haiduchenko
Eugene Haiduchenko
Co-founder & COO

Eugene has spent his career in recruiting and corporate training. He's good with people. When he hires someone for us, they stay — which is why our clients get the same team on their account for years rather than rotating account managers. In a service business where the team is the product, that's not a soft skill. It's the operational moat.

CO-FOUNDER
Julia Yushchuk
Julia Yushchuk
Co-founder & CPO

Julia is the most thorough and responsible of the three of us. She builds the processes. In an agency where each account has four roles working in coordination, multi-channel outreach running weekly, content production happening alongside, and some clients on year six of the relationship — the only way the work stays consistent is if someone built systems that make it consistent. That's Julia's job.

SENIOR TEAM
Yana Khoryshchenko
Yana Khoryshchenko
Senior Project Manager

Yana joined Content Chameleon in our first year and never left. Six years later, she's still the lead PM on the First Sport Media account — same client, same PM, since the beginning. Reliable, the kind of project manager who reads what clients aren't saying as carefully as what they are, the operational backbone the rest of us rely on. When we say our PMs stay with you, Yana is the proof.

SENIOR TEAM
Karina Tymchyshyn
Karina Tymchyshyn
Sales Team Lead

Karina runs the Engagement Manager / SDR function across all accounts. She's the person deciding which of our outreach specialists works on your account — matched to your ICP complexity, the size of your engagement, and the conferences you're targeting.

SENIOR TEAM
Ksenia Kutsa
Ksenia Kutsa
Creative Group Head & Chief Editor

Ksenia oversees every copywriter at Content Chameleon. She also personally handles content extraction sessions with senior ambassadors when the account calls for it. If you're a CEO or a founder, you're not being interviewed by a junior copywriter — you're being interviewed by Ksenia or by one of the three of us.

— What we stand for

We don't post for the sake of posting.

We started Content Chameleon because every LinkedIn agency we'd seen did the same thing: they templated their clients into sounding identical.

Same hooks. Same humble-brags. Same "agree?" at the end of every post.

That's not ghostwriting. That's plagiarism with extra steps.

A chameleon adapts. We sit with your team every week, pull out the stories you'd never think to share, and write posts that sound like you on your sharpest day. We build your network from the people who actually buy what you sell. We run outreach that reads like it came from a human, because it did.

Six years in, that's still what we sell. The work just got better at it.

— Why iGaming specifically

Why iGaming specifically.

Our first paying client was iGaming. Our longest engagement is iGaming. The conference work we're known for — SiGMA, ICE — is iGaming. Five years in, every one of our best clients was iGaming. The fit was so consistent that staying generalist would have meant ignoring what was actually working.

Eastern European geography turned out to be the asset, not the obstacle. iGaming runs on platforms, games, and traffic — most of which come from teams based in our region. We're closer to your operators, your software vendors, and your affiliate networks than any US or UK agency could be.

We didn't choose iGaming. iGaming chose us, six years ago, and we're still here.

— The wider team

15 more of us run the day-to-day.

Copywriters, engagement managers, project managers — the team that actually does the work week to week. Plus a designer, a recruiter, a finance lead, and a lawyer who keeps us out of trouble.

Eugene hires them. They tend to stay.

— How we hire

How we hire.

Eugene runs the recruiting. He's been doing it for years — first at our recruiting agency, then here. He knows what to look for. People he hires stay, which is why we can sell continuity as a real promise instead of a marketing line.

If you've worked with us for two years, your PM is probably the same PM. So is your copywriter. So is your Engagement Manager. That's not because they're contractually locked in. It's because they like the work and Eugene built a team people don't leave.

— Talk to us

Want to talk about LinkedIn for your iGaming business?

The three of us each take some of the sales calls. So do Karina and Ksenia. Whoever you end up speaking with, you'll get a 30-minute conversation about your team, your conferences, and your buyer ICP — and an honest answer about whether what we sell would actually work for you.
